The design of construction projects is a part of three phases:

Feasibility study:

It is a reflection of an idea, of a design that is embedded in a specific context and location. Contains planning, color and size solutions and techno-economic indicators. It shall also specify the materials necessary for the construction or building.

Project documentation:

At this stage of the design of buildings and constructions, documents necessary for obtaining a positive decision of the expertise and processing of the construction permit are developed.

Working project:

The most detailed of the stages. It will be used for construction work, purchase of materials, preparation of the necessary equipment and techniques.
