Tender start

To start the tender, the customer makes a bid and calls for tenders. Announcements are posted on specialized platforms online or via the media.

Declarations Include Requirements:

  • to the subject matter of procurement: quantity, specifications/ technical characteristics, etc.
  • to supplier: experience, qualifications, location, etc.
  • Description of criteria and methodology for the evaluation of proposals.

It will also include the time limits for withdrawals and the requirements for the offer that provide the potential executor.

Tender terms:

Prior to the completion of the collection of applications from participants, they have the right to ask clarification questions about the documents. During such communication, they may:

  • change the requirements for documents (their presentation and number)
  • definition of specific terms;
  • the customer can request additional documents: certificates, permits, etc.

For the auction to take place, it is necessary to privode at least:

  • participation of an executive in a pre-contract / subthreshold tender;
  • two of them in the- above-threshold tender .

If these conditions are not met, the tender is cancelled. When the adhesives have collected enough participants, an auction is held.

Auction

On that date, participant prices are published and sorted as reduced. Bidding is conducted in three stages. Members shall, as appropriate, reduce prices at a level they can afford. The threshold of reduction should exceed the minimum threshold of the auction in accordance with the terms of the tender.

The auction is held in three stages, in which the bidders, in a certain order, reduce the price to a level that they can afford. The price reduction should be higher than the minimum threshold of the auction, provided by the tender.

Participants can follow up on the tender:

  • on the development of price offers;
  • which of the participants continued the fight/struggle.

Each stage starts with a higher price from the previous one.
