The final stage of bidding is the award of the contract

The award of the contract can be divided into the following components:

  1. Criteria for awarding;
  2. The right of the customer to change the volume of deliveries at the time of awarding the contract;/ Right of the employer to change the quantity of deliveries at the time of award of the contract;
  3. Accept or submit any or all bids;
  4. Notice of award/ Communication concerning the award of
  5. Signing the contract

In awarding the contract, the most important condition is the appropriate qualification of the tender criteria. The customer has the right to request confirmation of qualification from the supplier.

The Employer will award the contract to a participant who essentially meets the specifications and has an acceptable value.

The customer has the right to accept any bid, suspend bidding and withdraw all bids without any responsibility to the bidders. May not inform participants of the reasons for such action.

After the expiration of the competitive bidding, the customer is obliged to notify by registered letter, telegram of acceptance of the offer. After providing security for the fulfillment of the contract by the winner, the buyer notifies the other bidder of the rejection of bids and the return of security for the bid.

The winner sends a contract, along with the message, with all forms for the parties. The contract is signed by the winner within 30 days and the second copy is returned to the customer.

In case of failure to perform the contract by the bidder, the customer has the right to refuse award of the contract with deprivation of security on the competitive offer. The customer may award it to the bidder who has the second-highest bid or appoint a new tender.
